The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was (especially compared to other hotels in Rio) very clean! We loved the breakfast and were happy with the option for late checkout. I feel this was value for money, the pool is nice as well as the bites and available lunch at the pool! We booked very cool tours with tourguide Max (insta maxtourrj) although some were also offered next to the hotel on the streets. The location is excellent!

The staff was amazing and the location especially Yuri and the housekeeping, everything was super clean. Everybody had a big smile on there face. And also the little things made it very special to us like giving us water after a run. The location was fantastic

Amazing customer service. Very personalized. Staff was so nice and accommodating. We had an amazing experience. Housekeeping was on point and very alert to our stay. The turn down service was awesome and so perfect in the details. I was very impressed.

The rooms are great, very comfortable. Specially the front room, with beach view are excellent. Breakfast is great, many options on the buffet, all delicious. The hotel staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Room service was also great and the kitchen, for a room service, surpassed themselves with delicious dishes.

The whole experience was phenomenal: the staff was absolutely lovely and always ready to help out! The breakfast buffet is honestly amazing and a very good deal! And the view… it’s simply spectacular! I highly recommend this hotel!
